Impact Africa Foundation welcomes passionate volunteers who want to make a difference in education across Africa. Volunteering with us is flexible, so you can keep your normal routine while contributing your time and skills to mentorship, project execution and advocacy campaigns.

A typical IAF volunteer has at least 3 years of relevant experience, maintains high ethical standards, and can commit a minimum of 2 hours each month.

Our mentee programme is for young Africans passionate about growth and social impact. Participants are matched with mentors who share their interests for guidance in education, social skills, technical skills and soft skills.

The duration of each mentoring relationship is agreed between mentor and mentee, with the expectation that participants keep developing their abilities and go on to help others do the same.
